Making lists


Brain scientists say it is best to make lists than keeping things in your head. I am working on nurturing this practice. Speaking of the brain we saw a great PBS pledge week seminar on how the brain can rejuvenate itself and what life habits enhance or destroy brain function. One of the bad one was lack of at least 6 hrs sleep, so I'm getting offline in a mine. The doctor's name was Daniel Amen and he has book on the subject. I'm also going to start making list and using Roboform for online forms. My brain could be better used that way. Dr. Amen talked how lower Alzheimer and Dementia risks. My grandmother had Alzheimer's and it was very different to lose her that way.
